- Amesbury: Located at the corner of SW Cary Parkway and Waldo Rood Blvd, this neighborhood in MacArthur Park has two streets: Haddonfield Lane and Ashley Brook Ct. There are three cul-de-sacs and about 64 homes.
- Avalon: Situated at the corner of MacArthur Drive and SW Cary Parkway, Avalon is made of two sections, one is a single street with a cul-de-sac (Langdale Place), and the other section has two streets, Barons Glenn Way and Gables Point Way. They connect MacArthur Drive with SW Cary parkway. Across from Gables Point Way, you'll find the highly rated Brookdale assisted living facility.
- Benwick: Located between Gralyn and Avalon, Benwick is a small neighborhood with only one street, which ends in a cul-de-sac. There are only about fifteen homes in Benwick. It's perfect if you're looking for a small, quiet neighborhood tucked away in a fantastic Cary location.
- Canterbury: Neighboring Amesbury on Waldo Rood Blvd, Canterbury is one of the larger neighborhoods within MacArthur Park. It's main streets are Woodstar Drive, Riva Trace Drive, and Trailview Drive. There are three cul-de-sacs and one knuckle. There are about 125 homes in this community.
- Camelot: Right in the middle of MacArthur Park between Avalon and Canterbury, you'll find Camelot. This pentagon shaped neighborhood has two main streets, Polpero Drive and Disraeli Drive. Both enter from MacArthur Drive. There are also four cul-de-sacs offering quiet living. Homes on the Disraeli Drive side back to the White Oak Creek Greenway, where locals enjoy the Lillian Mae Carroll Pollinator Garden, a Fruit and Nut Orchard, Long Leaf Pine Savanah, the Cary Tree Archive, and a playground. A few of the homes in this neighborhood have private backyard pools. There are roughly sixty-five homes in Camelot.
- Gleneagles: Nestled between Southwick II and Gralyn and across from Canterbury on MacArthur Drive, Gleneagles forms a loop with it's main street, Covington Square Drive. It offer two cul-de-sacs. There are about 70 homes in this neighborhood. Some homes off of Covington Square Drive back to the White Oak Creek Greenway, which leads to the Davis Drive Park.
- Gralyn: Also backing to the White Oak Creek Greenway and Davis Drive Park, the Gralyn neighborhood has one main street, Modena Drive, which flows from MacArthur Drive into the Giverny neighborhood and neighboring Bishop's Gate subdivision and Westhigh Street. There are several cul-de-sacs and many homes in the Gralyn section of MacArthur Park.
- Southwick and Southwick II: The Southwick neighborhoods are located at Waldo Rood Blvd and MacArthur Drive. Southwick is across MacArthur Drive from Canterbury. Southwick II is off of Waldo Rood Blvd and neighbors Excalibur. With a total of only fifty homes, they are both smaller neighborhoods that do not have through traffic. All three streets in this section, Graywick Way, Ashwick Ct, and Southwick Ct. end in cul-de-sacs and there is one knuckle.
- Excalibur: Located at the corner of Waldo Rood Blvd and Davis Drive, Excalibur offers a convenient location with five quiet cul-de-sacs. The main streets, Swordgate Drive and Accolade Drive, form a square putting both neighborhood entrances on Waldo Rood Blvd. There are roughly ninety homes in Excalibur.
Dating back to 1993 and 1994, the homes in MacArthur Park boast mature trees and landscaping, creating a sense of history and charm.
